Condensation is the process of water vapor turning into liquid when it comes into contact with a cold surface. It often occurs in poorly ventilated areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms. When condensation forms, it can cause dampness, mold, and mildew, which can lead to health problems for tenants and damage to the property for landlords.
For tenants, the problems of condensation can include respiratory problems, allergies, and general discomfort in the home. For landlords, it can lead to costly repairs, property damage, and legal disputes with tenants.
Condensation can cause significant issues for both tenants and landlords. However, by taking preventative measures and addressing the root cause, it can be effectively managed and avoided!
